We developed a roadmap for EU Pricing and reimbursement, identifying key gaps in current insight and commercial plans

We designed mitigations for key gaps and ran RFP processes to appoint strategic vendors to deliver

We designed and ran a series of Payer/Clinical Advisory Boards across Priority Countries to deepen insight and pressure-test value proposition
