Decisive was commissioned to design and implement a capability programme for the EMEA Market Access Team focused on Critical Communication

This team operate in a highly technical space and the precision of their communication both internally and externally is a key determinant of success

 

Approach

Working with one of our strategic partners, we designed and delivered a one-day workshop with subsequent coaching support

We focused on a critical communication moment for access teams – the internal negotiation of P&Rconditions for a given country

Through a combination of structured exercises and simulated panel presentations we were able to provide needle-moving feedback to sharpen communication in Decisive Moments
